When I am writing this review, I have just read the other 2 reviews...one good and one bad, and I can say that both are somehow right: the magnets are weak(but I feel they are just enough strong for my need, just to hold the pieces when I move around the house or bed), the pieces size is good for the board size and I like it as my study chessboard.The knight could look a bit better, and I somehow dislike the white colour of the white pieces, but curently it is my favourite chess set(and I have more than 5), so if you want a study magnetic wooden folding chess set I would recomend it: 4 stars
