Magic: the Gathering - Praetor's Counsel - Mirrodin Besieged Review
Of all the cards in the Scars of Mirrodin block, I haven't seen many others that so openly fit a Black/Green deck combo as this one. Sacrifice creatures and artifacts to your heart's desire! Make that reckless move that puts your own permanents in a bind! Even better, you can throw your Instants/Sorceries at the opponent without worrying to much if you have a Diabolic Tutor ready to pull this out of your Library. Combo with Quicksilver Amulet and any massive creature in your hand is now on the field for a measly 4 colorless mana. And so what if the converted mana cost is 8? If you're playing Green you should have that by turn 5 or 6, and you won't have a full enough graveyard to benefit from this before that anyway. Absolutely love this card in the right deck. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Magic: the Gathering - Praetor's Counsel - Mirrodin Besieged" are high quality item.
