This is a relatively fun game, and if you are a fan of trivial pursuit, you may find it amusing.

However, they added a few things in to make this a card game that really ruined it in my opinion. First, there are Steal, Double Steal, and Block cards. These allow you to take cards from other players (the cards that would represent the colored wedges in the board game). Since you take out the wedge cards to represent which categories you have "won", if you are playing with more than two people, you get to the point where you have to reshuffle the remaining cards (and you always have at least 5 cards in your hand, which takes even more cards out).

Once this reshuffle happens, you tend to end up with mostly Steals and Double Steals. This means that the game is often won because of these cards - not because of skill. Case in point: my husband and I played with our 5 year old (who answered only one question correctly, with a lot of help), and he ended up winning because of the Steal Cards.

My other gripe (and this applies to all Trivial Pursuit games) is that often, the questions on the cards seem to bear NO relation to the category they are in.

If you play this game, as we are doing from now on, I would recommend removing some, if not all, of the Steal, Double Steal, and Block cards.
