After many years of seeking for a solution to the problem of how to inexpensively recreate a complex 3 dimensional model, this is the first half of the easiest cheapest and most accurate method to date.

It's very simple. Place Instant Mold into boiling water and wait for it to soften. After using a tool to fish the Instant Mold out, press the Instant Mold firmly around the object you wish to copy. Allow the Instant Mold to cool. Remove original from mold.

Chose a two part epoxy putty and kneed to activate the epoxy. Press the putty firmly and evenly into the mold allowing for gasses to escape. Wait for the putty to cure. Remove copy and clean up flashings and other irregularities.

Place Instant Mold back into boiling water to soften and reuse.

This can be used as a multi part mold using vegetable oil between the two Instant Mold pieces. Instant Mold Will adhere to it's self if pressed firmly enough.
