Bought this for an older friend who plays cards frequently and had purchased 3 different battery operated shufflers that didn't work well before deciding to look for a manual, hand crank shuffler. Not much choice in manual shufflers available online, and I looked extensively.

Thanks to Amazon, though, I was able to sign into my account, click the Return merchandise button, type the reason, and less than a minute was printing out a Return label with postage paid, and another return info page tp enclose with the box.
