Fat Cat Dice Cup and Dice Review

I hate giving bad reviews, but this cup has some quality issues. The plastic is cheap, the leather isn't real, and the product was not the one shown in the picture. It looks like there is some glue on the rim of the cup that was left over from manufacturing it. Although for the price, it is pretty good. One of my biggest issues is the misleading ( I should really say Wrong ) picture. The picture shows leather wrapped around the rim of the cup, but the cup i received (was green not red by the way) had cheap plastic for the rim and my cup looks a bit smaller than the one in the picture too. The leather around the sides is a little loose as well, it looks like they took a ring of leather that was a little too big. It's not close to breaking or anything, it just doesn't feel or look as nice as I hoped. The overall experience, 3 out of 5 stars. Price for quality, 4 out of 5 stars.

Travel Mancala Review

My daughter (7 years old) learned how to play Mancala at school with some of her friends. She asked me to get her the game so we could play it at home. After reviewing many of the other write-ups for other Mancala games offered through Amazon, I chose this one because it had favorable comments about the size of the pits. I am happy to report that the other reviews were correct - the pits are large enough to hold 15+ pieces without spilling over the side of the pit. The glass pieces that come with the game are many different attractive colors and they are irregularly shaped (which makes it easier to pick them up). The wood pits are smooth, but there are a few that are slightly rough in the corners of the pits where the game could use a little additional sanding to make the pits smoother - but this is not something that ever bothers us when we're playing the game. We're happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others who are looking for a quality Mancala game.

got them earlier then i expected which is always a plus. I bought 2 and now i have a total of 4. im in the process of almost completing the darkrai deck. overall they came with a hard plastic cover and in the cover was a purple card sleeve ( double the protection is always nice) and i had the 2 cards in them and they were both perfectly fine.

Most negative reviews for this product are from people who are using them in the wrong situation. These are intended to be cheap - $1 for 100, hence 'penny sleeve' - and used to protect cards stored in bulk. I use mine to protect Magic cards in my binder, as my I keep my binder very well organized, and trade often, and my less valuable cards in my tradebox.

Do not use these for play. They fit too loosely and are too slick for play. And while I don't play yugioh myself, I'd imagine they'd fit yugioh cards like a garbage bag fits a toddler.

I received this game as a Christmas gift and I have not been able to stop laughing since our first "competition." The twist on charades to have the entire team act out a word or phrase while one team member guesses is genius! Imagine arms and legs flailing in an effort to spontaneously and simultaneously create a "guessable" scene. At times both teams would collapse into uncontrollable fits of laughter and we would have to reset the timer for an entire round! A great game for a fun and very memorable evening. Thank you, Santa!

Jungle Speed Review

Jungle Speed is a great game to liven up your Friday night. Basically the game consists of a totem that sits in the middle of the table. As the players flip their cards sequentially, matches occur and trigger a mad grab for the totem.

I owned the original version of the game that included a fine quality heavy wooden totem, which in theory is a nice perk. In practice and by practice, I mean several beers into the evening, the smaller wooden totem was not as "kid" friendly (or drunk friendly) as the new version, which includes the plastic yellow totem.

The game always starts out only as civil as a British tea party, but two rounds in erupts into a shout out at the ok corral. I love this game.

My nieces and nephews also love this game. They learned the rules quickly (faster than the adults did) and they love to play. Now, its usually hard to pry them off from their game box and its simply great to see them enjoying a game that does not plug into the wall.
