I bought the card thinking it would be fairly new obviously not fresh out the pack but just not used. The card came in in time and was in a sleeve inside a top loader, well protected but when I removed it from the sleeve and took a closer look at the card it was all scratched. I know ghost cards are hard to keep from scratching but I can tell the card was has used and a lot.
