Look, if you managed to search for the words "Angel of Serenity" then you likely know exactly what this card does and how good it is. It is currently very much Standard-playable in Magic the Gathering, and will continue to be so until Fall 2014, when it will drop in value to around $4.

If you know what this card is, and are not sure whether you want to buy it, note that this card is playable in multiple Standard archetypes such as Reanimator, GW ramp, and American control, usually ends the game either upon its first casting or its second because it amounts to a one-sided board wipe with a 5/6 angel tacked on for the heck of it. However, the key is actually building a deck that can survive to either cast or reanimate the angel, which means that Temple Gardens are a much higher priority.
